Our Story: Navigating the Storm

We recently hit a few bumps in the road with our servers. Despite meticulous preparation, our servers faced some unexpected downtime after a routine reboot. It was a challenging 18 hours, the likes of which we hadn't seen in 20 years of maintaining a 99.99% uptime record.

We’re incredibly grateful for your understanding and support during this time. It has reminded us of the importance of community and resilience. Everyone stood by us, and for that, we say a heartfelt thank you. It’s not every day you encounter such challenges, but they provide valuable opportunities for learning and improvement.

The Facts: Doubling Your Disk Space

We're thrilled to announce that we're doubling the allocated disk space for all our hosting packages! The upgrade will now make the average cost per gig R12.95 for all packages. This upgrade is our way of ensuring you have the resources you need to grow and thrive online.

We have also improved all our servers and services tenfold, including but not limited to the following:

• Double and, in some cases, triple the original disk space

• CloudLinux

• AccelerateWP

• WordPress Toolkit

• WP Optimised Caching

• LiteSpeed Web Server

• SSL Security Certificates

With this enhancement, there will also be some adjustments to our pricing. We believe these changes will add significant value to your hosting experience, making it even more robust and reliable.
